Like the old saying goes: Time is Gold. And when you are submerged in the corporate hustle and bustle, this certainly should be taken quite literally. For a lot of us in the working force, every waking time we spend working is equivalent to money we take home every payday. Therefore, it would be very well worth it to stay awake and work.
The problem is we are not machines that can work 24/7. We need time to relax, sleep, eat, and play around as well. Unfortunately, it is easier to play around than to work, that is why we often spend most of our time doing other tasks and not earning our keep. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing; we are humans and we need to enjoy life. However, if we enjoy life too much, our finances will certainly take a beating.
